Common questions
Grease Monkey is built for three groups: vehicle owners who need automotive service, garage owners who want to grow their customer base, and independent drivers who want to earn by transporting customer vehicles to and from shops.
When you book a service you can add pickup & delivery. A driver — either one of the garage's own or an independent Grease Monkey Driver — collects your vehicle from the address you choose, delivers it to the shop, and brings it back when the work is done.
We're opening city by city, starting with the areas where the most garages have signed up. Join the waitlist with your ZIP code and we'll let you know the moment we go live near you.
Every shop submits its business licence, insurance, and service list before going live. We check the paperwork, confirm the address, and only then does the garage become bookable in the app.
Drivers are paid per completed run. Earnings for each trip are shown up front before you accept the job, tracked in the app as you go, and paid out on a regular schedule.
The app is in active development and we're onboarding early garages and drivers now. Waitlist members get first access, plus an invitation to the beta ahead of the public launch.
